Who is the controller

What data we process
Data you enter in the quote form: name, phone number, email address (optional), addresses or route, home size, date and notes.
Technical data: IP address, browser type, the page you came from and ad click identifiers (e.g. gclid, fbclid) if you arrived from an ad.
Why and on what legal basis
To prepare a quote and contact you about it, at your request, before a contract is concluded (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
To protect the service from abuse and to handle claims (our legitimate interest, Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
To measure traffic and the performance of ads, only if you consent in the cookie banner (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). You can withdraw consent at any time in “Cookie settings” at the bottom of the page.
Who receives the data
Our hosting and email providers, an SMS gateway that notifies our dispatcher, and accounting and legal advisers when needed.
Address search: the text you type is sent through our server to Photon (komoot GmbH, Germany, OpenStreetMap data), without your IP address. If you open the map, map tiles load from OpenFreeMap, which receives your IP address like any web server.
With your marketing consent: Google Ireland Ltd. (Google Analytics, Google Ads) and Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd. (Meta Pixel and Conversions API, which receives a hashed phone number and email). These providers may transfer data outside the EEA on the basis of the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or standard contractual clauses.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that did not lead to a contract: up to 12 months after the last contact.
Contracts and invoices: for the period required by tax law (5 years from the end of the tax year).
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify and erase your data, restrict processing, data portability, object to processing and withdraw consent. Write to kontakt@balticlietuva.pl. You may lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (PUODO), ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw.
